Quick and accurate diagnostics are critical in emergency care. At Creature Comforts Animal Emergency Center, our in-house diagnostic capabilities allow us to rapidly assess your pet’s condition and begin appropriate treatment without delay.

Our diagnostic services include:

• Digital Radiography (X-rays): High-quality imaging to evaluate fractures, internal injuries, foreign bodies, and diseases affecting the chest and abdomen.

• Ultrasound: Non-invasive imaging used to assess soft tissue structures such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and bladder, aiding in the diagnosis of internal injuries, tumors, or fluid accumulation.

• Laboratory Blood Testing:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) to evaluate red and white blood cells and platelets

  • Blood Chemistry Panels to assess organ function and electrolyte levels

  • Coagulation Profiles to check blood clotting ability, crucial in trauma and surgical cases
